In my previous role as a Special Needs Therapist, I worked closely with students, families, educators, therapists, and multidisciplinary professionals. This required empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, accurate documentation, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. I developed a strong understanding of individual needs and learned to adapt my approach to ensure that each student received appropriate and person-centred support.
